These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TruWave TV IPTV subscription service ("Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

TruWave TV provides a licensed IPTV subscription delivering live channels in the Sports, News, Kids, and Local categories. The Service does not include movies, TV series, or any on-demand video content. Available channels may change as our licensing arrangements evolve.

Setup & Activation

Subscriptions are activated with the help of our support team via WhatsApp. We provide access using Xtream Codes or an M3U playlist, which you can use in a compatible third-party player app or device. We help confirm your stream is working correctly before payment is collected.

Payment

Payment is collected only after your stream has been set up and you've confirmed it is working on your device. Plans are billed once for the selected term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and do not auto-renew unless otherwise agreed with our support team.

Device Use

Each subscription is licensed for use on one device at a time. You may switch between devices, but simultaneous use on multiple devices under a single subscription is not permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share your subscription credentials with others, and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Service Availability

While we aim for reliable, stable streaming, occasional interruptions can occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. your internet connection, device compatibility, or upstream provider issues). We'll work with you via WhatsApp to resolve technical issues.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund time already paid for except as described in our Refund Policy.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or adjust the Service (including available channels) from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
